The home was later owned by U.S. Senator and esteemed scholar S.I. Hayakawa, and was thoughtfully remodeled in 1956 by his brother-in-law, William Wesley Peters—Frank Lloyd Wright’s chief engineer.

You'll enter the home on the main level through the front door or the kitchen door, which has covered access to the carport.

The entry, living, and dining room are all connected with an indoor sunroom that can be closed off and can be directly accessed by the primary suite.

The main level is also where you'll access the large deck, with a covered outdoor seating area with fire pit, dining table, and BBQ. The large kitchen with wine refrigerator, double oven, and warming drawer includes a separate laundry with washer and dryer.
